Outdoor Junction Box with Cable Glands and Connectors, Waterproof and Dustproof, for Electrical Projects

This set includes a junction box and 20 pieces of IP68 cable connectors in 5 different sizes. The waterproof junction box is made of ABS plastic and has an IP66 waterproof rating. It features a solid construction and a good seal to protect against sun exposure, dust, corrosion, and splashing water, making it very suitable for outdoor use.

The outer box dimensions are 125 x 86 x 62 mm (4 7/8" x 3 1/4" x 2 1/4"), and the inner box dimensions (approximate) are 117 x 76 x 38 mm (4 5/8" x 3" x 1 1/2"). The color of the box is grey, and it is designed for surface mounting.

The DIY opening hole design of the waterproof project box ensures a secure seal. Up to 9 holes can be distributed on the 4 sides and bottom of the waterproof box. With 5 different sizes of cable glands, you can make holes according to your specific needs.

The cable range includes PG7 (0.12 - 0.25 inches), PG9 (0.16 - 0.31 inches), PG11 (0.2 - 0.4 inches), PG13.5 (0.24 - 0.47 inches), and PG16 (0.33 - 0.55 inches). The thread outer diameter (O.D.) for each size is as follows: PG7 (0.49 inches), PG9 (0.6 inches), PG11 (0.73 inches), PG13.5 (0.8 inches), and PG16 (0.88 inches). The thread minimum length is 0.35 inches, and the maximum length is 0.39 inches.

The waterproof electronic box has a cover with 4 screws to secure it. There is a rubber sealing stripe at the interface between the cover and the waterproof box, which can make the waterproof box more sealed to ensure safe use in bad weather.

The IP68 waterproof cable glands come with gaskets for the bulkhead mounting. This feature creates a seal against the inside of the surface on which they are installed, ensuring the waterproofing of the assembly.
